Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination
FPGEE ® is a comprehensive exam that tests the knowledge and skills of foreign pharmacy graduates who want to practice pharmacy in the United States. it is administered by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP ®)as part of the licensure process for foreign pharmacy graduates to become a pharmacist in the United States of United States. On the NABP website, you can find useful resources such the certification steps to become a pharmacist in the US. Another important document is the Candidate Application Bulletin published by the NABP annually.
To study for the FPGEE, it is recommended that you review the content outline provided by the NABP, which lists the specific topics that will be covered on the exam. You can find the content outline on the NABP website or in the FPGEE Bulletin of Information.
In addition to reviewing the content outline, you can also study by doing the following:
1- Review relevant course materials from your pharmacy education.
2- Use study guides and review books specifically designed for the FPGEE.
3- Take practice exams to get a feel for the types of questions that will be on the exam and to identify areas where you may need to focus your study efforts.
4- Join a study group or find a study partner to review and discuss the material with. Join our Facebook group here
